Hey guys!
If you’ve been reading here for a while you might remember a DIY project I did many (many) moons ago, turning a simple stretch singlet top into a wrapped crop top. The project was an idea I had after seeing some similar things on the runway, and it took all of 5 minutes to create. I should have known that the ease of creating this project would catch on, and it’s turned out to (year after year) be the most popular DIY on this blog. Yes really! It has close competition from this, this and this. But it’s the winner. Recently it hit the half a million readers mark so we thought it would be fun to celebrate by creating for you a new version – this time with long sleeves. A few people had requested this in the comments so we thought it was time. Scroll down to watch the video!

I feel like this would make the perfect ballet top too! Or a great costume if you are planning to go as a dancer or a ballerina to something. And because these tops tend to be quite busty (depending on your boob size obviously) I like to pair mine with a high waisted trouser or skirt. This keeps the look simple and streamlined… And is great if you’re like me and not that into showing your abs (or, ahem, lack thereof).
And guys, we’re really excited to share more videos with you this year – both through our home renovation process as well as various DIYs and lifestyle videos along the way.
