We ship worldwide from Australia using Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

All shipping costs above are listed in Australian Dollars. Costs will be calculated in your local currency after filling out your delivery address during the checkout process.
USA Orders - Customs & Duties
We ship all U.S. orders directly from Australia using Australia Post. Your parcel will be delivered by USPS, and all duties and taxes are prepaid — meaning there are no extra fees on delivery. Because duties and taxes are prepaid at the time of shipment, they are non-refundable if you choose to return an item.
International Shipping Fees and Regulations
Please note that orders shipped internationally might incur additional fees for import taxes and duties. These charges typically apply when the package arrives in the destination country and can vary depending on your location. You will be responsible for these additional costs, so please consider them when placing your order.
Package Delivery Preferences
For our customers in Australia, all orders will be dispatched with an Authority to Leave (ATL) status. If you prefer not to have your package left unattended, we suggest directing it to a nearby Australia Post parcel locker or getting in touch with them for alternative solutions.
Product Returns
We accept returns on all full-price items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unwashed, and have all tags intact.
We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items for change-of-mind returns. We are happy to exchange for a different item or provide store credit. Please note that this policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty or not as described.

Product Exchanges
We're happy to offer size exchanges on all full-price items within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unused, unwashed, and all tags are intact.
Please note that we cannot reserve stock for exchanges, and replacement orders are shipped via standard delivery.
To request an exchange, log in to your account and select the order you'd like to exchange.
US Customers
Because duties and taxes are collected at checkout and paid directly to US Customs, we offer refunds on item value only for orders shipped to the United States. We are unable to process exchanges for US orders.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing a service that includes tracking, as Collective Gen is unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
