Product Returns
We accept returns on all full-price items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unwashed, and have all tags intact.
We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items for change-of-mind returns. We are happy to exchange for a different item or provide store credit. Please note that this policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty or not as described.

Product Exchanges
We're happy to offer size exchanges on all full-price items within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unused, unwashed, and all tags are intact.
Please note that we cannot reserve stock for exchanges, and replacement orders are shipped via standard delivery.

US Customers
Because duties and taxes are collected at checkout and paid directly to US Customs, we offer refunds on item value only for orders shipped to the United States. We are unable to process exchanges for US orders.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing a service that includes tracking, as Collective Gen is unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
