Let’s pack for my first overseas trip in 5 years 🇨🇭

Recently I went on the most incredible overseas work trip (seriously – I couldn’t actually believe it when I was first invited haha) and because the flights were complicated I wanted to pack really well and only take carry on. Enter, my old packing formula! Can you believe I created it almost a decade ago?! Who remembers it?

It’s basically a formula for packing as little as possible (ideally carry on) while still having heaps of options for outfits and feeling totally put together. I thought I would dust it off and use it for this trip! I made another little diagram and it felt so nostalgic. I’m taking 5 tops, 4 bottoms, 3 dresses and 3 shoes, 2 bags, 2 jackets and one pair of overalls. Lots of you guys have asked for a cooler weather version of the original formula which was quite resort focused, and this is kind of it, I’ll add thick tights for skirts (and the dresses are for events). One thing I did this time to make sure that I don’t overpack or pack things I don’t use is try on every outfit before packing it. I’m feeling so happy with how it’s all packed!
