9 Projects To Put On Your List For Christmas

Home DIY Oct 9, 2020

Can you believe that it’s October already? Which means that the year is flying by, and the Christmas/Holiday season will be upon us before we know it. In years gone by I tended to fly by the seat of my pants when it came to Christmas planning, but I’ve learnt that it pays to prepare, even just a little bit!

I mean, Christmas is the best time to of year to get crafty, but when I’ve left it too late in the past I’ve either found it too stressful to make things or just given up. So, forgive me if this list seems premature, but in a few weeks time you’ll be glad you prepped! Here’s a list of a few of my favourite festive season projects, both big and small, that you may want to put on your list this year.

A Christmas Tree Alternative

You guys will probably be no stranger to my love of alternatives to Christmas trees, I love to experiment with what I can make! Here are a few to consider. I’ll definitely be sharing a few more ideas with you before the year is out.

The Branch Tree | The Shelf Tree | The Mini Tree

Wreaths

I’m a bonafide wreath lover, they create such a nice feel as you walk into the house. I love experimenting with foraged items and all different types of foliage for a look that reflects my space.

Leaf Wreaths | Cane Front Door Wreath | Dried Flower Ring Wreaths

Creative Wrapping

I LOVE making and giving presents, and wrapping them up creatively is a big part of the fun! I like experimenting with things I have at home, and creating wrapping that’s low waste. Here are a few ideas for you.

Easy Label Wrapping | Stitched Up Gifts | Fabric Wrapped GiftsĀ

This is just a taste of what we will be sharing in the coming months to get you inspired for a creative Christmas. I’m excited!
