I have an eye for fringed pieces at the moment, not helped by the fact that I found all of these pieces in the ‘what’s new’ section of Net-a-porter – inspiration galore! You can of course head over and add to cart all these delightful fringed items, or you can read on to be inspired to make them yourself. It’s one of those choose your own adventure thingies…
Lanvin Fringed Dress –Ā Make it by stitching coloured layers of fringe onto a dress.
Missoni Chain and Fringe Necklace – Make it by gluing long plum coloured fringe onto a thick gold chain necklace.
Matthew Williamson Fringed Ikaat Print Shoulder Bag – Make it by dip dying extra long fringe and then stitching to a boho bag.
Oak Fringed Suede Clutch – Make it by gluing suede fringe to a black clutch and then trimming on a diagonal angle.
Christian Louboutin Fringe Shoulder Bag – Make it by attaching layers of suede trim to the shoulder strap of a handbag.
love the lavin dress!

That Lanvin dress is my calling (because I’m obsessed with the 1920s). I need to attempt a DIY project like that – but I may or may not get along with my sewing machine.
